Anyone wanna guess how my day went? I was gonna post this under BA's as a comment, but uh ... it was too long. (and I no longer have a second computer for a while so my email is brokey again, CC). This is pretty personal, but ... I'm an emotional eater and without the info y'all won't *get* it. Maybe.
So, my parents are in town for my wedding. So is my aunt, who is also my massage therapist. None of them are staying here, but they were all here today for various reasons (mom, making my dress; dad, making a mess in the garage; aunt, here to give me and my 'rents massages, but I'm the only one who got one 'cuz it took so long). He knew they were all going to be here today and had helped me move furniture in our bedroom so there was room for the massage table in there. However. My fiance has anxiety around lots of people (yes, the wedding day is going to be major stress for him), so when he came home from work today ... Aside: He stayed in my condo with me and my parents for the month of July while I was recuperating from my surgery. He stopped sleeping here the last week of July, then a few days later my parents went home to Oregon. Enter my crazy mother-in-law. I love her, God bless her, but she's interesting, for damn sure. During July, when he was staying here, she lectured him every time she saw him about being worthy to go to the temple. At the beginning of August, he moved a few things over here and was here a lot to help me out since my parents left. She pretty much told him he couldn't live at their house anymore because his aunts are coming for our wedding and she needs his room. So, he pretty much moved in here and has been sleeping here ever since. Yes, we can still go to the temple. /aside ... hm ... I'll start this sentence again.
When he came home from work today, I had left with mom to get a zipper for the dress and some thread so I can cuff his new suit pants. He found my father destroying the garage and a note from me saying, "Remember, my aunt is coming over today. If you need a nap, go ahead and sleep in our daughter's room so she can set up in ours. Love you, "Stewie" note, i didn't sign it stewie but with my real name. He called my cell phone, told me he was just gonna do homework, and when I got here, I found he'd packed his computer and a few clothes and was getting ready to leave.
Now, we'd previously discussed that the closer it gets to the wedding, the more difficult it is to behave, and that now that we have two cars and I can drive again, he didn't necessarily have to stay here until after the wedding. I want him here, but we both know it's not wise. However, he hadn't told me he was going to do this, two days before the wedding. He only got two hours of sleep last night (be quiet, he was doing homework, not me) so he wasn't himself anyway, and with the thought of all these people in *my* condo, he realized he can't think of it as his space, that he has no privacy here, and felt bad anyway about living together before the wedding, and it totally wigged him out. The thought of him leaving me freaked me out, even though logically I can understand his reasoning. Yeah ... shirty day. Before he left, he kissed me normally (when I got here, not so much), told me he loved me, and that he's still showing up Wednesday at the temple. I know he loves me and that with some sleep he'll be better off, but uh ... yeah. Anyway.
That had nothing to do with weight loss. Wait a minute ...
As a result of the stress and emotional upheaval, I chose NOT to work out, and to go get the above-mentioned ginormous cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, and gargantuan pepsi. I R Smart.
At least my wedding dress still fits.
*Edit: awww, we talked last night ... I feel better. Yay.

Oh, and while my aunt was giving me a massage we talked about how my sister was asking to "borrow" my fiance (I told her hell no, even though she then later said she'd just meant to clean her house. yeah. right.), and she said, "well, that's not okay." and I said, "I know, he's just hot." and my aunt (who is almost 50) said, "Yeah, he is ... " *drool* hahahaah. my aunt cracks me up. aaaaaaaaaanyway. i have to work today. so i'm gonna.

Thanks so much for coming ladies. I hope you had more fun there than you did before you got there.
