Sheesh, Kip, you want too many details and exact instructions! I'm too much of a hippy for that.
So.. I'll go next.. because I'm bored at work. I need to finish my cheesecake book though too.
- Age: um... 26 and 10 months. I'm the baby in the group! AWESOME!
- Height: 5 foot 6 and one-half!
- Weight: Yesterday when I weighed... it was 287 (so don't complain!!... jk, you can.. holy crap).
- General clothing size: hmm... 24/26 on the bottom... anywhere from 20-24 on top, depending on stretchy.
- How much You'd like to lose: I'd be happy with 100.
- Your plan: Um... eating better and working out. I've got to cut out the carbs (the bad ones) and I think that I'm going to join a gym in Brigham. It's $10/month per person when you sign up in pairs and you can pay extra to have a key and workout whenever you want. MIGHTY tempting. I love spinning... I love running... I love... working out... when I get to it.
- What's been holding you back so far: Stress, laziness, the internet, excuses about time and food (and probably emotions). I love to eat. I'm picky. I'm tired of the food my mom cooks. I want to reinvent myself... I want to eat more veggies.
