In "talking" with my co-workers today, I realized something. My husband gets discounts on everything Nestle/Stouffer's/Carnation makes (if it's in stock at their store -- one of the bennies to working at the Stouffer's plant in the middle of the night, eh?) ... I mean, how much easier could a weight loss strategy be than Nestle/Carnation instant breakfast (with Benefiber added so it's filling longer) and Lean Pockets (also made by Nestle/Stouffer's) for lunch and a side of veggies ... with healthy snacks thrown in and a balanced dinner. (Sometimes they don't actually have instant breakfast at their store, so I pick up a box at Costco. er, rather, he does, since he likes to run errands so I don't have to. What a guy!). That plus some form of exercise, easy peasy lemon squeezy.
As long as he avoids the chocolate aisle, I'm gold, right?
Okay. So, I'm going to buckle down now that we're home and the wedding stress is over. Going to start tracking everything I eat again since I do better that way. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Anyone else have an epiphany about anything? Strategy for losing weight, getting more done in less time, relaxation, bagging a man?

ha... I need to get on track again... being at school 12 hours a day makes it hard...
bleh. I had an epiphany about life... and I'm happy... ok, not really an epiphany.. but somehow my focus and worries and whatever CHANGED and i'm better for it - atleast for now. Yay for me feeling like I did a year ago... when I didn't really care what the Boy - or any guy - really thought of me or wanted from me... I've MISSED that. :)
Woohoo!!! Goooooooooo DD!!! :) That is *awesome*. Like I said, you sound empowered. Yay!
