What the?
So I thought I would be smart today. Hey! I've been trying! On my cool down lap at walking for fitness I stepped on the scale and discovered I am back to just-released-from-my-mission weight. How? I don't know but somehow I managed to lose 30 pounds in like 2 months or so. I have been avoiding sugar like the plague, but have learned to help myself by eating something with natural sugars or with just 1 or 2 grams. Looks like it has helped, I hope. It seems to have given me a boost of confidence and makes me want to exercise EVERY day. My goal tomorrow morning? Exercise, obviously it isn't working to do it after work cause I'm too tired, so I'm going to wake up and go. Hopefully this plan works!
