So - you'd think it would make me THINNER, but I just haven't been really eating lately... I'm lazy and busy and broke! And then when I DO eat - it's not good stuff.
So for now - to get me through the end of the semester, I'm going to rely on Kashi granola bars and my flax seed cereal.... and chicken strips... and eggs and I'd better buy some salad.
I need to eat more veggies. Dang veggies! I need them in a convenient to-go bar!!
That doesn't taste so much like veggies.

seriously, you would THINK that would work, but it doesn't, the not eating. I haven't been eating hardly at ALL lately ( because it hurts.) and yet not really losing. UNFAIR!
can you drink v-8? i know you don't get the fiber from eating the actual veggies, but you'd at least get some of the benefits.
V-8 might be a god idea.... I've never tried it because... well, I hate tomato-ish things mostly... but hmm....
Steph, I like how V8 tastes. It's really a good option if you can guzzle 8 oz of it. Good call Katz!!
Since I'm allergic to celery (a key ingredient) I don't drink it. I will drink tomato juice though and it doesn't affect me, even though raw tomatoes do ... maybe I should get some ...
i don't drink it either because of the whole tomato thing, but then again... i've never actually tried it. lol. maybe we should be adventurous. they also have the new ones that are mixed with fruit that mask the veggie flavor.

GIRL, EAT! Cuz if you don't your body will hold onto EVERYTHING. Like a horder. YOu know they go without for so long that when they do get something, they hold onto because they don't know when they're get something again.
Our bodies become horders when we don't eat. So it hold onto every calorie. It says... "OH! I just got some food. Since I'm not sure when I'm going to get some more, I'm going to hold onto this." So eat. When it gets used to eating, it will start to burn off calories, because they know more is coming soon. That's why that "Body Makeover " diet works so well. The body knows it's going to get nutrients in a couple hours so they burn them off.
Oh, and get you some head lettuce, grated cheese, tomatoes (if you like them), and chicken tenders. cut the chicken tenders and tomatoes up. Shred you some lettuce, Mix it together, sprinkle with the cheese and then put some of the Cesar italian dressing on it. I COULD EAT THIS EVERY DAY! (chicken cesar salad ala bang) Try it. It's easy, simple and ta doi fowah!
