need to get off the "mommy diet"

seriously. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch. snacking on goldfish and graham crackers. eating what's left of his chicken nuggets.

i'm better than this. i need to be better.

Ahhh, the MOMMY DIET!!!

Realize wasting a nugget or a handful of fishes is okay. OR, you can order yourself a kid's meal, too, and then you're not eating an adult's sized meal and half a child's portion. I did that when DD was a toddler.

Man ... I need to get my rear in gear.
