I stumbled upon this site - I don't even remember what it was I was looking for originally....
Anyway Kalyn's Kitchen! I feel so inspired about getting back on South Beach because these recipes seem normal! And the egg muffins idea. Woo!!!

Wow, that's pretty cool! and the egg muffins do look a bit better than the ones in the book. Lemme know how you like them. Not that I'm eating much healthy right now. Just trying to eat stuff that stays down.
