- i decided that i cannot completely give up soda. i don't drink it every day, but i can take it down a notch by drinking diet and wean myself off gradually.
- i don't have time to go to the gym for an hour, five times a week. i'll take the boys for a walk 3 days a week. pushing that double stroller is a workout. trust me.
- meal planning keeps us from eating out all the time and making very bad decisions at fast food places. i'm going to keep doing that.
