up and down

Cheese.... (like the 5 different kinds in my fridge!) - I keep falling off the wagon! Actually, it wasn't bad this time, but I DID eat almost a whole can of pringles due to not eating (work related... so ticked still!). I just printed out a shopping list again and I think I'm going to try and batch cook tonight if I can. I'm finding that if I do that, I ACTUALLY eat what I've made and then I am very successful at being healthy. Yay me!

Because my weight goes up and down and for every 3 pounds I lose, I end up gaining one back because I'm not careful. I have determined that if I'm going to have Sunday dinner with my family, I'm going to have to stick to Phase One of South Beach for more than just a couple of weeks - especially since I wasn't very good about it the second week (ran out of food).

My other "cheat" day will be on Thursdays - where eating two lunches with just a few carbs helps me get through a 10 hour work day SO much easier. Just wow.

So as soon as I escape this office, it's off to the store! Because Kami and I still have a goal to be XL by September... but I bet on South Beach, we could totally beat that!
