Walking my buns off

Literally.

I started a walking group for Relief Society. We meet at 9 am at the local mall on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We've been walking for about 45 minutes. Today, I decided to take my pedometer and put it on the calories setting.

550 calories burned!

Dang. And Todd has decided that he wants to go with me on his days off, too. So I'll be walking more than 3x a week. YAY!
