I really fell off track

I haven't really exercised or made the effort to eat better although the doctor has prescribed it.  Yesterday I had a blessing that told me that I needed to do what the doctors have told me to.

I started weight watchers online, but it is to easy to forget about.  The points system is very confusing and I didn't feel good when I was doing it so I switched over to the core plan that focuses on wholesome foods.  I felt better but fell off when I had gallbladder surgery.  Weight Watchers was recommended by a doctor because it teaches portion control.

My primary physician told me that I need to exercise for 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.  This was way back when I got home from my mission 3 years ago.  I was less pudgy then, and I felt better that size.

Fast forward through 2 surgeries, out of control eating habits, getting back into school, and finally graduating in May 2008 and 40 pounds gained, not a happy situation.

I think I need to take Steph's idea and batch cook my favorite weight watchers meals. . .of which I don't have any yet.  Some how I am going to do it!!!
