No more hamburger helper for me

I saw my dietitian this morning. She was very helpful. I should be keeping my diet to around 1600 calories per day. Less than 1500 mg sodium, 20-35g fiber.

My goals for the next 6 weeks:

Record everything I eat 3x/week (I've been recording very sporadically on sparkpeople.)
Increase fruits and veggies to 3/day
Don't add salt to food (She gave me a coupon for Mrs Dash seasoning.)
Keep eating 2 low fat/fat free dairy each day
Keep exercise as is
