It's on.

I had a heart to heart with DH this weekend. I've been feeling frumpy, fat, ugly, you name it. I told him I didn't feel like I ever had time to work out, but I know I don't have the time to NOT work out and take care of me either. None of my clothes fit, and we're too broke for me to go on a shopping spree. He was very sweet and told me to go shopping anyway (I'm going to try and hold off on that for a month, see where the next part goes), and that he would watch the baby every day so I could work out. So this morning, I got up, worked for a while, handed him the baby after he took kiddo to school (thank you sweetheart), and worked out briefly -- I could have gone longer but decided not to make myself too sore to continue the rest of the week (which is what I usually do, lol). Showered, got dressed ... gave him a big old smooth. I feel tons better, and he seemed happier too. happy wifey = happy hubby.

Need to continue every day and work on eating a bit better ... can't "diet" per se because of the nursing thing (starving Island baby also makes a grumpy Island hubby), but there are things I can work on. Like not drinking soda. *cringe*

Nursing while trying to watch what you're eating is hard. My sister was doing Weight Watchers while nursing. I'll see what info I can get for you.

It's hard when you're pregnant and all you can keep down is cinnamon bears too ... Thanks Katie. :) Appreciate it.

Okay... I managed to squeeze a little info out of my sisters. She hasn't does WW for over a year. But she did say that your "extra" calories for milk should be from lean protein, especially where you're not eating dairy.
