I am officially addicted. I love the interaction between the board and the game system. What makes me laugh every time I step on the board is the fact that it says "oh" in a cheery little voice. The main reason I think I'm addicted is because you can unlock different games as you go. It is essentially the challenge of doing better each time.
Favorites. . .yes I have them. By far my favorites are:
Aerobic-- Hula hoop. Man I can feel it in my abs! (the short distance run is also fun but make sure you wear tennis shoes [it doesn't require a the platform] cause running barefoot is kind of painful if you are doing it on carpeted concrete.)
Balance-- Balance bubble. I still haven't gotten the hang of it completely but it sure is fun!
Strength-- I'm not quite sure yet. . .torso/waist twist or single leg extension (practice makes perfect)
Yoga-- Warrior or deep breathing. Haven't delved very deeply into to it.
I do have to say that my most favorite feature is that you don't have to commit an hour all at once and you can switch it up like crazy.
Yesterday I exercised for 35 minutes. This was until it told me to take a break. . .it was funny but you don't have to take a break if you don't want too.
Another nice feature is that you can track your workouts and weight. One thing I don't like is that it uses BMI. . .but I'll let it ride cause I know I'm fat and I just need to move.
If you have time for 1-3 minute workouts through the day randomly spaced the Wii Fit might be for you! Or you can do it all at once. Yes, you just read a review by an author addicted to the Wii fit. If you don't believe that it is fun and you live in the area why don't you contact me and we can play! To be completely honest with you I did not believe that the $89 spent on it would be worth it.

I think I'll end up getting one after Christmas, maybe for my birthday. Glad you're enjoying it!
I'm seriously getting one in the next couple of weeks... or asking for one for my birthday. LOL
