I never thought I'd say this out loud, let alone make it public.
I *like* exercise.
Whew. That feels better to get off my chest.
5 days in the gym last week, 6 days this week, going for 6 again next week. it's a beautiful thing to feel sexier and more confident, even if it's all in my head because my body hasn't changed that much.
So, GO! Exercise! Move your body! Push through the burn and keep going! Give it two weeks and you'll feel better.
