bleh!!

Here is my whiny post. I'm eating normal amounts for the most part (and loser calories) and working out most days and not losing weight or shrinking. WTF.

Gah! That makes me want to give up and go eat a cheeseburger.

Really I want to just eat berries and granola lately... hmm... the berry and granola diet.

:) Keep going you'll get over the plateau. I totally always wanna go eat a cheese burger or something. . .pizza. . .whatever. . .dunford doughnuts. . .can you tell what I'm craving right now? ;)

Add some granola and berries into your diet. I watched episode 2 of biggest loser and they talked about how snacking inhibits weight loss and to try to only have 1 snack between lunch and dinner. (I know I'm a broken record but you can do this.)

mmm, berries. got some yummy strawberries at costco today.

i saw the same BL that cupcake did. made me think twice about snacking.

yeah.... I have 1 cheese stick and one piece of fruit between lunch and dinner... together... as my snack.
