I've lost six pounds.
Since Monday morning when I weighed myself.
I also started South Beach on Monday.
Hard core, too.
I don't know where it came off. But my back is less fatty, my tummy is a LITTLE flatter and my giraffe print ballet flats fit better.
My ankles don't swell now.
My knee BARELY hurts.
Be impressed.
We'll see if it keeps going like this... it encourages me to KEEP doing it though.
If I can get to 30 pounds, then I'll feel ok about adding the hardcore treadmill hill climb I use to do.
Yeah. Oh, AND my motorcycle jacket fits AWESOMELY now.
Note: It's totally makes a difference to have your meals 75% ready to go!
