Working on my fitness

I joined a gym last week. I haven't been to the gym since Garrett got kicked out of the child care at Gold's back in July. I'm paying a whole lot more than I'd like to, but so far I really like this place. Their ExRx program is included in your membership. They give you an exercise program. I met with the owner of the South location last Thursday. He asked me if I had any problems and I told him that my shoulder is completely messed up. So he made sure to include some shoulder exercises in my routine. Anyway. I have a card with about an hour's worth of strength training on it. In a 6-8 weeks, I'll make another appointment and they'll switch it up for me.

I also started a food journal last Tuesday. I had been trying to keep track of everything on spark people, but I would forget. I'm trying really hard to lose some weight by the time my hubby gets back.
