Sparking or Burning or just Pout Out Entirely?

So I am HATING what I have to eat (or rather, NOT eat) with Gastroparesis but I am eating/drinking it.

And I hurt when I work out, but I go the majority of the week.

So why am I not BLOGGING it?  I AM losing a little weight, even if it is on a diet I can not and should not recommend to anyone.  And support is a lovely thing!

Speaking of support, who all is on DailyBurn? Who is on The Spark? Who is on something else? Which is better and why?  Because I am trying to decide. I can see benefits to each.

I'm on sparkpeople, but I really only use it to track calories. I don't follow their diet plan.

Sorry you're having such a hard time with the diet you have to follow. My diabetic diet isn't fun either ... had a hard time following it last week, that's for sure! :(

I'm not on any of the sites and am not currently trying to lose weight. haha.

I'm all about dailyburn.com! I hated spark because it seemed like I had to ALWAYS enter all of the nutrition information in myself... and I haven't had to yet. And I like how it shows me what percentage of my food is carbs/fat/protein. That opens my eyes WAY up. And I like the little calorie goals that I can change for myself. And I like how at the bottom it will tell me how much I will lose and my calorie deficit. And I don't have a meal plan they want me to follow - just guidelines! And everything is just EASIER to use!
