It's 2007!!!
I'm so getting focused now. My plan has altered just a bit. Eat similarly to the recommendations at www.bodyforlife.com, and exercise as much as I can (which isn't a lot some days, other days 30-45 minutes don't bother me at all) 6 days a week. And I will still have one cheat day a week.
Why?
Cuz if I don't have "cheat" days, I will fail miserably.
I'd like to shed 50 pounds by September. We're going to Cali to see Moe's daughter at the end of July, and I'd like to be mostly there by then. Beaches and Disneyland beckon, and I am *not* going to be happy if I'm still this big. I gained some weight back, but I'm still 10 pounds less than I was when 2006 began, so at least there's some progress.
Anyone else with grandiose ideas, plans, dreams for a new and smaller you?

Oh, and TexAss (Fresno's new name for TexasBoy, I rather loved it) did Body for Life and it worked really well for him, I guess. I mean he is a boy, so maybe anything would, but still, it's supposed to be good.
