I exercised today

Makes 3 days this week. Yay me.

My eating is not going that well though. *sigh* Owell. I can only do what I can do, right? And if I'm exercising, it's progress. It means I don't hurt all the time and I'm being proactive in working on my health. So, YAY ME!
