I tried Mrs. Dash Onion somethin'orother on our baked chicken tonight. Meh. It was pretty much tasteless. I ended up cutting it up into chunks and mixing it into my salad. At least then I could eat it because it was covered in ranch.

I'm a big time salt eater, especially on my veggies!!! Try making parmesan chicken maybe? It's just 1 cup of parmesan cheese mixed with a packet of italian dressing seasoning (check the salt though because it's pretty strong) and then dip your chicken in water and then the mixture and bake it for about 30-40 min at 350 degrees.
It might help. :) I even use it on my oven baked veggies.
There's also another seasoning that's just garlic and basil that you could try... I'm SO addicted to it! But I'm not sure what the salt is in it either.
What's your sodium intake limit? There are things that could work, but ... ugh. I would miss salt too.
she wants me to keep my sodium at around 1500mg/day. that's like... nothing.
the big things for me right now is not ADDING salt to food. that's her main goal for me right now. it's very frustrating.
