YAAAAAAAAAH ME!

I went back to the gym tonight. Man! It's probably been a year since I last went. That's SAD!! I've been uber busy with work 6 days a week. I was a lil nervous since I was going by myself and wouldn't know anyone there. Thank goodness for iPods!! It was a great work out! I did 25 minutes on the Elliptical machine and worked out my legs for the next 40 minutes. I didn't want to overdo it since it was my first time back. I'm so glad I went. I'm not too sure if I'm going tomorrow since I don't want to die in my first week back. I'll probably space it out and go on Wednesday.
It was hard work tonight. I know it's going to be a lot of hard work. But it's my fault. I ate the JUNK and now it's going to take WORK to take it off. I have no one to blame but myself. Slowly but surely it'll come off.
