I got to the gym yesterday and used the elliptical for 20 minutes. I felt amazing afterward! I also talked with my trainer for a few minutes, and the training does transfer to our new gym in our new town, so that is happy, though I heart my trainer and don't want to change but trying to stay with her would add an hour of commute! no thanks.
So, my goal is to get to the gym 3 times this week and the next two weeks, then get started with a trainer down there after we're settled in more. I won't "diet" per se, because whenever I cut calories there isn't enough milk for the baby, but I will be more mindful of what calories I am consuming -- I don't need to eat a quart of ice cream a week.

I would ask for your trainer's info if I was staying in the area... I think I need to get one.
