when I'm working out on a regular basis, I start to do this thing where I pinch myself....
I pinch my thighs by my hips when I'm driving.
I pinch my arms while I'm driving too.
I pinch my sides when I'm standing and talking to people. Or when I'm sitting.
Because pretty much, I can measure, but my measurements never seem to change. And my weight goes up and down. But I can feel the change... my fat is more flubbery when I'm working out... there is less to pinch.
Pinching makes me happy. lol
